I have four cars that I take to the Grismer on Patterson in Dayton for over 30 years. The center is great. Chris, who I assume is the manager, always treats me like a loyal customer. While I was there yesterday a lady came in for an oil change just before closing time and they took care of her instead of telling her to come back Monday. The team at that store is great!!!

Woke up to a flat tire and called Grismer after getting quoted an almost 2 hour wait at Goodyear. They happily told us to come on in a that they’d get it fixed as soon as possible. Even the AAA tech recommended them to us! Got us back up and running in less than an hour. Great friendly and quick service.

I love Grismer! No matter what location I go to, they take care of me quickly and efficiently, and with great customer service skills! Everyone is always kind, honest, and reasonable. I also recommend signing up for their credit card, 0%APR when you pay off within 6 months and they send you birthday gifts, like $25 off service! Thanks for being awesome Grismer!

Out of town for work meeting and got a notification that one of my tires was at 15 pounds of pressure. 😳 lucky for me I was a block from Grismer. They were so friendly and helped diagnose the issue, fixed it fast and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Great service! I came out to my car after work and found that I had a flat tire. I’d never been here before but it’s just a couple blocks from my job so I called. This was at almost 4pm. They had a tire that was suitable for my car and were able to get it replaced before closing that same evening. Amazing service! I will not hesitate to use them for more services in the future
